Breaking Grounds Men in Sheds
Newham·London·United Kingdomest. 2023
A community workshop where local men meet to make, mend, upcycle and talk while contributing practical projects to Newham. Beginners and experienced hobbyists share tools and skills, repair wheelchairs and benches, and use the shed as a dependable social space beyond the work itself.
More than fifty men have participated, and a core group of members keeps the shed active beyond its official Tuesday session.
