Conjunto Folklórico Confraternidad Morenada Orkapata
Founded Dec 7, 1955 at Jr. Ilave 779 by ex-Sicuris Mañazo dancers wanting to perform Morenada. Won the 1966 Feria Nacional del Folklore in Huancayo, earning Puno the title 'Capital del Folklore Peruano'.
Credited with bringing Puno the official 'Capital del Folklore Peruano' designation in 1966.
