CrossFit London (Shoreditch / East London boxes)
East London·London·United Kingdom
East London CrossFit affiliate culture: group WODs, whiteboard scores and coach-led rooms that many members treat as their primary adult friend group. The workout is standardized; the community is the morning crew.
Commercial fitness that rebuilt the clubhouse. Try a fundamentals week; the post-WOD breakfast is half the product.
