Green Tile Social Club
New York, NY·United Statesest. 2022
An Asian American social mahjong community that organizes large games, neighborhood popups and a continuing online member space. Players gather around shared tables to learn, compete and reconnect with the cultural histories carried by the tiles.
The club grew from one informal mahjong night into New York City's largest mahjong community, using rotating cultural venues rather than a single private table.
