Latent Space (AI Engineer community)
One of the highest-caliber applied-AI communities going, run by the team behind the Latent Space publication: a free Discord full of serious agent, RAG, and eval builders, founders, and AI engineers, with a weekly LLM Paper Club and regular demo and discussion threads. Contribution-gated in spirit, you get out what you put in, and introducing yourself with a real build or result is the way in.
The strongest pure-AI-engineering peer room on this list, and free, though it is a professional Discord rather than coworking and has no Poland node. An optional paid newsletter exists but is not needed for the community itself.

Other tech meetups & hacker communities
A recurring meetup for people actually building with AI in Kraków: retrieval-augmented generation, local and multimodal LLMs, agents, and production ML, presented as short engineer-led talks and live demos rather than sales pitches. Sessions run roughly monthly (edition 29 and counting) at tech venues like Software Mansion and hub:raum, and a sister strand, Cracow Robotics and AI, gathers the hardware and robotics makers. Free to attend by RSVP.
A biweekly, English-speaking gathering of Kraków builders: indie hackers, startup founders, people hunting a co-founder, and engineers chasing a side project. Evenings mix short talks (recent editions have run deep on LLMs in production and agentic systems, with senior AI and ML speakers) with a lot of open networking, usually with food and drinks covered by a venue sponsor. Free to attend, no application.
A monthly founders' meetup run out of Yolk, the highest-rated coworking space in Kraków, with a heavily international, English-speaking crowd (well over half from abroad). Each edition brings founders and soon-to-be founders together around a short talk and open conversation, alongside a regular Open Coffee. The meetup itself is free; if the room fits, you can also take a Yolk desk (day pass up to monthly membership) and cowork with the same people the rest of the week.
The connective tissue of Kraków's startup scene: a founder network that runs free monthly Hangouts at good venues, a curated GrowthMatch program pairing early-stage founders with mentors and investors, and invite-only investor salons. The Hangouts are open to anyone and are the easiest way to meet the city's founders, operators, and investors in one room.
A curated, demo-first community for people shipping real AI: production LLM, agent, and RAG builders, founders, and researchers, with hackathons (some run with partners like DeepMind) and a strict show-the-working-prototype culture. You apply to attend, link your GitHub or portfolio, and a real demo earns priority seating. There is an active Discord between events.
A paid online community of around 400 bootstrapped founders, from pre-revenue up to $30k a month and beyond, built around weekly demo days, virtual coworking, member interviews, and mentor tracks in AI, growth, sales, and validation. It is positioned as the closest thing to having coworkers when you work for yourself. Membership is roughly 29 euros a month with a 30-day money-back guarantee, so a first month is effectively a free trial.
