An inclusive cold-water swimming network whose local flocks meet for informal social dips in seas, lakes and rivers. Volunteer admins welcome newcomers and share safety guidance, while the free membership model lets people join for a brief dip and conversation without distance or speed requirements.
From its Pembrokeshire base, the community has grown to more than 150 volunteer-run groups worldwide, supported by a network of almost 300 volunteers.
