The Confraternity of Saint James
London·United Kingdomest. 1983
A non-denominational membership organization for people connected to the Camino de Santiago. Members hold meetings and talks, publish route guides, issue pilgrim credentials and volunteer at two pilgrim hostels on the Camino in Spain.
Started by six Camino enthusiasts and now numbering around 1,500 members worldwide, it turns a journey that may happen once into a year-round network of mentors, hosts and returning pilgrims.
