falles.app / Komissió / Mundo Fallas / FallaWallet
Ecosystem of dedicated SaaS platforms for managing Valencian falla commissions (the neighborhood associations that build the Fallas monuments and run festivities). Each comisión gets a branded app for members to pay cuotas, register for events, get QR/NFC wristband event entry, manage the bar/casal tab, see news, etc. Coexist alongside the JCF Ofrenda app to form a hybrid traditional-digital stack.
Indirect but structural: the 384 commissions compete annually for monument prizes, ninot indultat, ofrenda recognitions, etc.; digitized membership ops free up junta time to focus on the competition itself and make commissions more financially sustainable, sharpening inter-commission rivalry. Some platforms publish public-facing commission pages, making competitive identity discoverable online.
Core function. Replaces WhatsApp chaos with structured tools for member dues, internal events, sectional roles (e.g, presidente infantil, fallera mayor), bar wallet, attendance to plantà/cremà/mascletà. The day-to-day mutual support and pride-building of a barrio crew.
A SaaS category specifically built for traditional neighborhood associations has emerged. Proving there's enough TAM in just one cultural tradition to support 4+ live competitors. Pattern is transferable: 'CRM for traditional neighborhood competition teams.'

App Oficial Ofrenda (Junta Central Fallera, Valencia)
Official app from the Junta Central Fallera (governing body of Valencia's Fallas) that tracks all 384 fallera commissions live during the two-day Ofrenda de Flores parade. BLE 5.0 chips are inserted into each commission's banner (estandarte/cruceta) to measure passage times and current location along the two parade routes (San Vicente and La Pau). Users get push notifications when their chosen commission passes checkpoints. Same chip technology is used in Madrid/Barcelona/Seville marathons.
