International Costumers' Guild
International·Globalest. 1989
An affiliation of local, regional and online chapters for amateur, hobbyist and professional costumers. Members meet to trade techniques, teach workshops, organize social events and pursue cosplay and historical costuming as shared arts, with a virtual chapter available when no geographic guild is nearby.
Six costumers can petition to form a new regional chapter, giving the international network a practical route for turning scattered makers into a recurring local guild.
