The Chatty Cafe Scheme
A national network of designated Chatter and Natter tables in cafes, pubs and community venues. Trained volunteers host a regular table, welcome anyone who wants company and help the same public space become a predictable place for light conversation and new local connections.
More than one thousand venues have joined the scheme, and hosted tables typically meet for about an hour each week with no requirement to buy a full meal.
