Trash Hero World (chapter league)
Swiss-registered nonprofit where each town runs a chapter (resident-led volunteer team) doing weekly cleanups, supported by a global mentor team. Chapters share branding, handbook, methodology.
Public stats per chapter and per country (volunteers, kg collected, weekly cleanups). Chapters publish numbers. Implicit inter-chapter and inter-country comparison. Annual reports rank countries.
Each chapter is a tight local team that meets weekly at the same spot. The cleanup is explicitly described as 'more than a cleanup; it is a gathering point.' Chapters expand into bottle refill networks, composting, kids programs. I.e. they become the local sustainability collective.
Federated chapter model with shared identity = strong intra-area cohesion + implicit inter-area comparison. Cross-cultural (SE Asia + Europe + Kuwait + East Asia) shows the model is portable.
